I bought a new biscotto stone for my Effeuno and it arrived with a small crack as shown in the photo. It probably wasn’t transport damage since it was packaged really well.
I’m worried this will only grow with use, but I’ve never had a crack before, so I’m not sure. Should I try and get a replacement or is this fine?
Thanks!

Why donβt you just try to get a replacement or speak to the seller – whatβs to lose?
If it were me, Iβd try as I am a bit fussy.
That said I donβt think a crack like this will make any difference. After all, some ovens (eg my Ardore) come with two pieces of stone that you fit together.

It should still work fine. However if it’s brand new I’d probably ask for a replacement.
