    Gotta know what happened to that dough? Was it somehow intentional to get a crispy flake on the crust?

  4. Always keep your dough balls covered until you’re ready to use it. This happened to me in the past too.

    That looks hella fresh, the skinning over of the dough is kinda interesting actually, like with artisan sourdough when they slice the skin on top before baking, it gives an interesting characteristic.
