    Followed the Pizza Bible napolenta dough recipe using Delallo flour. Mistakes were made. I rushed the poolish and the dough. I didn’t have the oven hot enough. I over-topped one pizza and couldn’t get it off the peel. I overcompensated and got the oven too hot and burned half of the last pizza.

    All in all, the pellet grill pizza oven attachment performed better than I did and I couldn’t be happier with my first try. I learned a lot and can’t wait to try again!
