Standard Neapolitan-style pizza, baked in my wood-fired brick oven, but with toppings typically found on a Cubano Sandwich. Pretty delicious overall. Easy to make as well if you have the mojo pork available.
The temp of the oven was a little lower than I usually like, but still ended up pretty good I think.
