I watched “The Pizza Show” on YouTube, when I was in Asia a year ago … it made me want to rediscover Italian pizzas.
When I returned to Europe, I learned more about the products but I never made pizza (I didn’t dare with my shitty domestic oven).
A week ago I received my G3 Ferrari, I bought mozzarella, pamigiano reggiano, flour (00) and canned peeled tomatoes (Mutti but not San Marzano, I can’t find them at all in my city) in an Italian grocery store.
