    Hi! Those are some great looking pies, good job! I’ve had an Effeuno for more than a year and through trial and error I’ve concluded that the setting which fits my style the best is to put the upper dial at 450C and the lower at 0. This is also how, in my experience (and query), the best Neapolitan pizzerias with electric ovens do it. Please note that you must heat it for an hour beforehand. Good luck!
