Lidia’s Kitchen Season 10 is a 26-part Public Television series that showcases my easy, approachable Italian recipes and cooking for everyone. The series is shot at my home, where I cook both outside on my terrace surrounded by my herb garden, as well as inside my own kitchen. I also invite you into my library to answer viewer emails and videos. You’ll also be joining me at my kitchen table where I connect with family and friends, and sit down with me in my garden to listen share stories, always filled with positivity and encouragement. I am so happy to once again welcome you to my home!

Many of the recipes can be found in my latest cookbook, Lidia’s a Pot, a Pan, and a Bowl: Simple Recipes for Perfect Meals, a collection of simple-to-prepare recipes, that require fewer steps, fewer ingredients, and less clean-up, without sacrificing flavor (https://lidiasitaly.com/books-products/). Also featured in the series are recipes and tips from my entire collection of cookbooks and magazines.

In this season, I also share video chats with my grandkids and good friends…including an Italian Maestro, Butcher, Winemaker, and more from Italy to New York, to discuss all things delicious, share memories, and of course, recipes.

The series will premiere in October 2022, continuing Lidia’s legacy of teaching and spreading the joy of Italian cooking. Lidia has taught Public Television viewers how to cook regional Italian, classic Italian, contemporary Italian, and Italian American recipes for over 20 years. Lidia continues to encourage them to get in the kitchen, so as she beckons, “Tutti a tavola a mangiare!” or “Everyone to the table to eat!” This season Lidia reminds us to gather around the table because “c’è sempre posto per uno in più a tavola,” translating to “there’s always room for one more at the table.”

  3. I'm Italian and your my absolute favorite Italian cook !!! I've been watching you for years and I Bought alot of your books they are great!!! Thanks 💜

  4. Lidia, I have been watching your Television show for the past three years. My roommate was a Chef at an Italian restaurant in Cincinnati. He worked with one of my little brothers. I too have worked in various restaurants in the past. I just wanted you to know that we appreciate your Love and Passion for your recipes. My roots are in New York City. I have eaten at good Italian restaurants in New York, New Jersey and South Florida because my Family has homes there too. For some reason the East Coast Italian Food tastes soooo much better than anywhere else. I can't get the same quality in Cincinnati Ohio. I didn't say it's not good in Cincinnati, it's just not as tasty as the Standards that I have been raised on. Even my Mother's Italian Recipes tastes better than the Italian Restaurants where I live. It's the Standards of Tastes and Seasonings and even the Maninara and Alfredo Sauces Tastes better on the East Coast and South Florida. It's the New York-Italian Standards in my opinion are higher. One more thing. They can't get the Authentic New York Pizza Tastes in Cincinnati Ohio either. Even when they say "New York Pizza" it's just not the same. Same thing with the Calazone's too!

  5. So glad to see you back for yet another season! Lidia, I just wanted to say although she is missed, I LOVE the clips featuring Grandma! She was so adorable and very much loved by your family and fans, and I think it is great she is included in the show. My Italian Great Grandmothers both lived well into their nineties, near you in Queens, and being the oldest Grandchild I was very lucky because I knew them best! Much love and success to you and family and your awesome show!

  6. Miss Lidia, how I have missed watching you! My local PBS station just began running Season 10, thank God. My love for your recipes was even the inspiration for one of my mother's best gifts to me… a cookbook written by you! Few of my huge Scottish-American family cook well, besides my treasured Mother and Grandma. But I stayed by their elbows and studied their arts as a child. So when Mom and I spent time as adults, your PBS shows broadened our love of cooking as a family. Mom even gave me your cookbook "Lidia's Italian-American Kitchen" for my birthday (it's dog-eared pages have gotten a lot of use over the years). Your recipes always please and are filled with that unspoken love of family and God's bounty. Looking forward to this new season and many more to come. Be blessed and know you are loved by many! ❤🍽🍷
