Who’s ready for some pistachio crunch to munch on? Prepare it with @GZfoodqood 🙂

INGREDIENTS
175g pistachio
65g sugar
30g glucose syrup
50ml water
30g butter

METHOD
Toast the pistachio in the oven at 347°F (175°C) for 5 mins. Make a syrup with the sugar, glucose and water, add the butter, then the pistachio, transfer the mixture on a pan, cut it to your liking while still hot.
