HOW TO KEEP COOL IN THIS HOT ITALIAN SUMMER.
We visited two lakes in Garfagnana, Tuscany, Italy:
Lago di Pontecosi and Lago di Gramolazzo. We saw a Roman bridge still used after 2000 years.
In this episode we show you how we make a traditional Italian summer light lunch: Bruschetta
We also tell how to pronunce the most mispronounced Italian dish.
To make a bruschetta like an Italian you need a few good fresh ingredients:
Bread, tomatoes, garlic, EV Olive oil, basil and sea salt.
We also add two extra bonuses: Pane col pomodoro, a kind of wet bruschetta. A recipe from Puglia/Apulia, less known but equally delicious.
Finally to keep cool we eat granita, especially coffee granita. We show how to make it.
