Italian Pasta Salad Ingredients
** Feel free to adjust the amount of ingredients to your liking**
– 250g (8oz) of rotini pasta (fusilli, farfalle, 3 colour rotini, and penne are good substitutes)
– 150g (5oz) of mild salami
– Pint (250g) of cherry tomato
– ½ medium sized red onion, finely diced
– ½ large English cucumber
– Sliced black olives
– 220g (7oz) of cherry/mini/cocktail bocconcini; can also use diced up mozzarella
– Parsley (optional)
Seasoning & Dressing
– ¼ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp pepper
– ½ tsp Italian seasoning
– 1 cup of fat-free Italian salad dressing
