In this video, Chaima and I celebrate our anniversary with a day trip to Alba.
This small town in Northern Italy is known for its great Truffles, Wine, and Hazelnuts!
In fact, this is where Nutella was born as you can see the huge Ferrero factory on your arrival at the train station.
Alba is also famous for having a very fancy 3-star Michelin restaurant called “Piazza Duomo”. The 500 euro tasting menu might seem prohibitive but if you turn the corner you’ll find “La Piola” a small bistro by the same chef where you’ll be able to enjoy traditional recipes from Piemonte for a fraction of the cost.
