Now you have the water heating you want to vacuum pack your sausages or place in a zip lock bag trying to remove air when placing it into the water slowly. Place vacuum sealed sausages into the water and let it cook until your 2HRS has counted off your instant pot aura. Remember that this isn’t a pressure instant pot , it may take 30 min before water heats to correct temp to start your 2HR countdown. After 2 hrs instant pot goes to off cycle you can now take sausages out of the bags and throw them on a hot grill to sear just a couple minutes on each side check inside temp it should be around 160 degrees.
