Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep time: 15m Cooking time: 60m | 475 calories & 10g fat p/serving)
– 500g Minced Beef
– 1 Onion
– 2 Carrots
– 2 Garlic Cloves
– 4 Bacon Rashers
– Oil (to fry)
– 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
– 150ml Red Wine
– 150ml Milk
– 2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
– 2 tbsp Oregano
– 1 Beef Stock Cube
– 1 tsp Nutmeg
– Handful Fresh Basil
– Spaghetti (to serve)
