Ingredients:
For Dough
• wheat Flour 2 Cups
• Dry Active Yeast 2 Tbsp
• Sugar 1 Tablespoon
• Water
• Cooking Oil
For Toppings
• Pizza Sauce
• Baby Corn
• Olive
• Red Pepper
• Capsicum
• Tomatoes
• Oregano
Pizza base yeast:
1. To make a pizza base take warm milk and add some yeast granules + sugar
2. Stir well, keep for 15 minutes
3. After yeast is activated, mix it with the floor (Wheat/Maida)
Pizza crust:
1. I have taken wheat flour with yeast, got a little water and turn it into the dough
2. Make sure the dough is soft and fluffy, don’t forget to mould it well
3. Keep for about 30 minutes
4. Spread the dough on the baking tray.
Toppings:
1. Coming to toppings add pizza sauce, spread it evenly
2. Add cheese on top of it, make sure you add a double layer of cheese.
3. Garnish with your favorite vegetables.
4. Cook for 15 mins at 180 deg Celsius
Your pizza is ready to be served!
