INGREDIENTS LIST
🌱 Flatbread pizza dough
400 grams (2½ cups) all purpose flour
250 grams (1 cup) lukewarm water
5 g (1½ teaspoon) instant dry yeast
15 grams (1 tablespoon) sugar
5 grams (1 teaspoon) salt

3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
1 – 2 cloves garlic minced
1 pinch salt
1 handful parsley chopped

4 tablespoons vegan stracchino cheese
1 – 2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
a drizzle of olive oil

1 serving sun-dried tomato pesto
1 – 2 handful mixed salad leaves (we use radicchio and watercress)
1 – 2 tbsp pitted olives
1 – 2 tbsp soy yogurt plain and unsweetened

⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
1 – 2 handfuls mixed salad leaves (we use arugula and watercress)
