500g Diced Beef or Chicken or Pork

1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp oregano
1tsp fresh thyme
1tsp paprika
Half bottle of white wine
400g chopped tomatoes
200g kidney beans
200g water
Salt/pepper to taste
Handful of parsley
Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar
