A hearty, aromatic dish.

Pasta with bacon and mushrooms.

▪️Ingredients:

▪️Bacon 200 grams
▪️Mushrooms 150 grams
▪️ Olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
▪️Wine (dry, white) 100 ml
▪️Pasta 100 grams
▪️Parsley (optional)
▪️Parmesan 10 grams
▪️Salt, pepper.
▪️Garlic.

🍅 Fry the garlic and bacon in a preheated pan.
5-7 minutes.

(I spiced the bacon with different seasonings)

🍅Add wine.
Mix well.

Add mushrooms.

Add parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove garlic and parsley.

🍅 Boil the pasta in salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Al dente.

Add pasta to bacon, mix well.

Add the parmesan.
