A 5 day food tour exploring all around the regions of Lake Garda and Comano Terme in Trentino, Northern Italy. I ate a lot. We were invited to experience the best of the seasonal food in the regions and had a taste of what to expect in the upcoming food festivals happening in November! From cheese platters, cured meats, pasta, dairy products to ciuiga (the pork and turnip sausage) – everything was DELICIOUS and it was extra special to be able to meet the local producers, business owners and farmers behind the magic of the food too. It was truly heartwarming to see the amount of love and passion poured into the products they’re making and to see how supportive the community are with each other too.
