Time to get your gnocchi on! Rustic Abruzzese gnocchi, that is! Let’s go and cook some classic Italian food!
I’m the ecoxpat and my mother-in-law is a whiz when it comes to typical and delicious Italian dishes. And seeing as how we’re in Abruzzo, they’re Abruzzese. Like most Italian regions, Abruzzo was a poor region and relied heavily on easy meals that were made from things that were readily available. Potatoes are and were one of those items.
I LOVE gnocchi and my MIL makes killer gnocchi. This is NOT a recipe video. But if you’re looking for an exact recipe, I’m sure I can hook you up!
