There are many variations of pasta salads using many different kinds of ingredients, this is my version with my favorite ingredients. This pasta salad can be made with any past you choose and is filled with vegetables and cheese, and coated in a delicious Italian dressing. Perfect for picnics and will feed a crowd.
Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1/2 pound penne pasta
12 oz. jar of artichoke hearts, drained
black olives
pint of grape tomatoes
1/2 cup banana pepper rings
thinly sliced red onion
pepperoni (I like the mini slices)
1 packet of Italian dressing seasoning
1 1/2 to 2 cups Italian dressing
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta
Instructions
Cook, drain, and cool your pasta. Add the rest of the ingredients and keep in refrigerator until you serve. The amount of the ingredients is really up, you can add as much or little as you want. An important tip is only add half the amount of dressing to the salad if making ahead, and then right before you serve add the rest of the dressing.
