INGREDIENTS
For the panzerotti dough:

1 kg flour
500ml warm water
20g yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
20g salt

For filling:

350g ham
250g mozzarella
200g tomato sauce
400g provolla cheese
 1 liter oil

 

METHODMix all ingredients together for the dough, divide it into balls and let them rise while preparing the filling
Make 2 separate fillings. Mix tomato sauce with provola cheese and in another bowl mix ham with mozzarella.
Roll the balls of dough and put the stuffing, smear the edges with water and close.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry until golden brown
