INGREDIENTS
500 gr flour 00
7 gr of dry yeast
2 teaspoons of sugar
500 ml of warm water
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
300 gr of tomato sauce seasoned with salt, oil and spices to taste and slightly heated
q.s. Mozzarella (according to your tastes)
Cooking Type 1
Ventilated oven at 200° for about 25 minutes
Cooking Type 2
Static oven at 210° for about 25 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, add the flour, yeast, two teaspoons of sugar and mix well

Take another bowl and add the warm water and the oil

While blending everything, add flour little by little

After you added half of the flour, add a teaspoon of salt, the rest of the flour and mix well

Cover the bowl with film and make the dough rise the double of its size in a warm environment (for about 2hrs)

Stain a baking tray with a generous quantity of oil and stretch out the dough with your hands (* grease your hands with oil, it will help better handling the dough)

Add the tomato sauce while still warm and let it rise for ten more minutes
8
Halfway through cooking add the mozzarella
