Ezra and Gil is easily one of the city centre’s best brunch spots, serving up more than enough runny eggs and avocado slices to keep everyone content but they’ve actually got one of the best-kept secrets in the city…

Back in October, the café introduced Ezra by Night, a menu of traditional, authentic Italian food courtesy of Italian head chef, Dan Mancini, served every day from 12pm until 8pm.

Dan was born in Bolzano and raised in Trento, and was an accountant by trade before pursuing his dream to become a chef back in 2013.

He’s been with Ezra & Gil since the very beginning and is now well and truly part of the furniture. His new taste of Italy evening menu offers up a small list of specially curated pasta dishes.
