This past week has been particularly (and physically) very challenging at SOCIALE.
We happily joined our great design team and run all over the place buying wood, carrying around big plants in etc…
The storage units are starting to get emptied… (a whole lot of) kitchen equipment, tables and chairs are moving back to the restaurant.
It feels like the big machine that was dormant for the last couple of years, suddenly got back in motion demanding every single grain of our physical and mental energy.
And we’re LOVING it !!
This also means there’s not that much time left over for cooking us delicious meals (we’ve literally been eating sandwiches in rental trucks or sidewalks the whole week) …
Thank to our friends and suppliers who gifted us with a top notch buffalo mozzarella and an incredible bottle of Brunello di Montalcino this quick recipe became the perfect reward after so much sweat and meals on the go.
