Lasagna is wide and flat pasta. FILLING

* 2 can of tomato sauce (227 g each/ 8 OZ)
* 1 of chopped carrot
* halt of onion
* 2 cloves of chopped garlic
* 2 stalks of spring onion
* 1/2 tsp of dried Italian herbs
* 1 tsp of dried Parsley
* 1/2 tsp of oregano
* 1/2 of chicken stock
* 1 tbsp of butter
* black pepper and salt for taste
WHITE CREAM

* 1 tbsp of butter
* 2 tbsp of flour
* 1 cup of milk
* 1 bowl of mozzarella cheese
DUSH

* mozzarella cheese
* black pepper and oregano ( optional)
Bake in preheat oven for 220 C for 45 minutes
take off the cover on 200 C put on the grill for 5 minutes
