On March 11th, ICCO Canada hosted the second class of the “Great Italian Wines – Understanding Indigenous Grape Varieties” series focused on Italian wines organized in collaboration with Cavinona, Terroni’s exclusive wine agency.
In this masterclass we explored two leading Italian producing areas, the indigenous varieties, terroir and the unique characteristics of Sangiovese & Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
