Hello all you beautiful people. I know vegetarians struggle with Keto. I am one of them. Options are limited. So it’s very important to experiment with your food. Here I have prepared simple cottage cheese with the twist and aroma of Italian Mixed Herbs! Hardly takes under 10 mins. When on Keto, I usually have it as my lunch/dinner. You can choose at what time you want to have it.

For others, it is an extremely yummy snack that can be accompanied with a yummy cup of tea! Of course, You cannot spoon off the whole plate! Be wise in portion control. 🙂 Moderation is the key!
