5 medium eggs (separate yolks/whites)
2 1/4 c Cake flour or ( 1 3/4 c All purpose flour + 1/2 c cornstarch)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c veg. Oil
1/2 c fresh orange juice
1 c white sugar + 1/2 c
Tsp. Of orange flavor
1/2 tsp. Cream of tartar
