CROCKPOT CREAMY ITALIAN CHICKEN

Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
▪️2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
▪️1 packet Italian dressing mix
▪️1/2 cup water
▪️1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature
▪️1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣ Place the chicken in the crockpot.
2️⃣ Mix together Italian dressing mix and water in a separate bowl, & pour over the chicken.
3️⃣ Cover and cook on high for 2-4 hours OR low for 6-8 hours depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts.
4️⃣ Remove the chicken from the crockpot & put on a plate.
5️⃣ Mix together softened cream cheese & soup in separate bowl.
6️⃣ Pour cream cheese soup mixture into the crockpot & mix it together with the dressing that’s in bottom.
7️⃣ Return the chicken to the crockpot, & turn it on low to warm everything while you shred the chicken with 2 forks. Once it’s heated throughout, serve with rice, cauliflower rice, or noodles, & your favorite veggie. Enjoy!
