Heat 6 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp garlic powder and sauté for a few seconds. Then add tomato paste, oregano, thyme, crushed red pepper and salt to taste. Fry well and cook on low flame till sauce thickens.
Sauce kept in the refrigerator between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit lasts around five to seven days and in the freezer at 0F for about three months.🙂
