Pasta in Tomato Onion Cheese sauce is a simple recipe of my own creation inspired by what I thought Macaroni and Cheese would be like. It makes a great tiffin for kids especially because it tastes great hot and cold.
Serves 4:
Ingredients:
Conch Shelled Pasta – 250g
Tomato – 3/ 250g
Onion – 3/ 250g
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
Garlic Cloves – 10 to 12 medium sized
Processed Cheese – 250g
Tomato Ketchup – 3 tbsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 1/4 Cup
For Boiling Pasta:
Water – 2 ltrs
Salt – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
