Have You Had a Dolcetto? Dolcetto is an under the radar grape that deserves a little respect.
In Italian, Dolcetto translates into ‘Little Sweet One’, but that is not necessarily an accurate description of these wines.
Dolcetto is primarily grown in the Piemonte region of Italy and the best wines will be labeled as Dogliani, Dolcetto d’Alba and Dolcetto d’Acqui.
Always remember that Dolcetto and Meatloaf is a magical combination.
