Saccottini represent an amazing summer memory for anybody who grew up in Italy…when July arrives the time for prosciutto wrapping everything arrives.
It’s too hot to cook so that’s what you get from mama: literally anything wrapped in prosciutto, and of course everybody LOVE IT !! !!
We chose some wonderful seasonal asparagus and -just so we don’t miss anything here- we threw fried goat cheese in there too.
Of course these little bombs turned out to be to die for.
