Dough:
-500g tipo 00 flour best choice is caputo flour
-315g cold water
-10g olive oil

-11g salt
-3g yeast
-5g rye sourdough starter
Tomato sauce:
-try to use whole peeled pelati tomatoes from Italy
-blend the tomatoes add a pinch salt if needed

-add 2-3 tbs oregano
-let stand for 30-40min before using
Other ingredients:
-mozzarella try to buy whole balls in liquid not the vacuum stuff
-canned tuna in olive oil drained (very important use tuna in olive oil not water or it will be super dry)
-red onions
