In Episode 19 of POV Italian Cooking we make a side dish that will pair with many Italian dishes, pan roasted balsamic glazed brussel sprouts. This dish is cooked in a cast iron skillet, starts with carmlelizing the sprouts on the stovetop then finished in the oven.
