This week, I’m showing love to Italian wine! Both Soave (pronounced ‘swah-vay’) and Nebbiolo are beloved wines of Northern Italy, and have their own unique personalities that make them delicious. As a palate cleanser, I’m sipping on Mionetto Prosecco, which I will dive more into in an upcoming episode. Cheers to the freakin’ weekend!
