Step 1 ( Mix all and knead until non stick yout hand)
Bread flour – 300 g
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 2 tbsp
Instant yeast – 1 tbsp
Fresh full cream milk / soya milk – 180 ml
Step 2 ( Mix the step 1 dough with 30 g butter) and continue to knead until non sticky your finger.
Step 3
Put the dough inside a glass bowl and close tight with cling wrap for ( 60 minute)
Step 4 ( 60 minute later)
Knead again the dough and separated the dough for 8 section and make like ball shape then ( light close on knead table of 8 section with the cling wrap for 15 minute)
Step 5 ( 15 minute later)
Apply the mould with butter and use wood roller to roll and to slowly fold like ball again, then arrange well inside the mould and continue light close with cling wrap for 60 minute.
Step 6 ( 60 minute later)
Pre heat oven for 180 degree for 3 minute, then put the step 5 inside the oven for 15 – 16 minute.
