Haute Girl Kitchen is here to show you a fabulous vodka sauce method that’s quick, easy, and delicious! Also, it’s meatless, so this is a great option for any of our fans that have dietary restrictions! I promise you, this sauce is so good that you’ll be willing to part ways with a few sips of your precious vodka to make it. Pinky swear! It’s also a great sauce to cook in excess and save for later. NECESSARY INGREDIENTS:

o LINGUINI
o WHOLE PEELED TOMATOES (1 can)

o TOMATO SAUCE (1 can)

o FRESH BAY LEAVES (4-6 leaves)
o EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (as needed)

o GARLIC (3 tablespoons, minced)

o VODKA (6-8 tablespoons)
o HALF & HALF
o RED PEPPER FLAKES
o BASIL
o PEPPER
o GARLIC SALT

o MOZZARELLA CHEESE (garnish)
o PARSLEY (garnish)
