Acclaimed chef and Mozza Restaurant Group co-owner Nancy Silverton will open her newest dining concept, Spacca Tutto, on Thursday, Oct. 15, in Pacific Palisades at Palisades Village.
Located at 15255 Palisades Village Lane, the long-anticipated modern Italian steakhouse is now accepting lunch and dinner reservations at OpenTable.
Spacca Tutto blends classic steakhouse traditions with menu elements from Silverton’s acclaimed Los Angeles restaurant Chi Spacca. The kitchen will focus on intentionally sourced cuts and breeds of beef alongside seasonal seafood, fresh vegetables, and house specialties, including Focaccia di Recco and chicken pot pie.
The beverage program will feature an expansive wine collection, martinis, aperitivos, and nonalcoholic options.
Silverton, a James Beard Award Lifetime Achievement Award winner and prominent culinary figure, operates the Mozza Group alongside partner Joe Bastianich. Spacca Tutto joins the group’s existing portfolio, which includes Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Chi Spacca, and Mozza2Go.
