The goal is to give you the idea and the opportunity to understand the budget you might need if you are interested to buy a property in Italy. I generally cover all Italy but mainly I focus on properties for sale in Abruzzo, Molise and Apulia Region.
I’m always searching for inexpensive properties (Houses, no Apartments) with less renovations as possible. (Scouting the best deals that is possible to find in Italy)

I like your new format better. It is clear that it was more work for you to prepare so much in advance, such as the nearest hospital and pointing out the renovations and features without reading the description aloud. It moved quickly with all the important information. Thank you! I appreciate your extra work.
Since the listing says 3 stories, I wonder if there is livable space in the middle of the attic? Since this is on a hill, and there is a walk around the back, I wonder if you could have an outdoor entrance to the attic from the left side of the house?
