How to prepare Veg Pizza?
Serving 2 persons
Ingredients :

2 Pizza Base
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup green chopped Onion
1/4 red capsicum
1/4 green capsicum
1/4 yellow capsicum.You can use green capsicum if yellow and red capsicum is not available
1 Tomato(Remove the pulp and cut into pieces)
15 pieces of black olive but into two halves
8 pieces of crushed garlic
125gm mozeralla cheese grated
1 cup Tomato Ketchup
2 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon chilly flakes
Salt to taste

Pizza Preparation Method:

Heat 1 table spoon of butter in pan.Add 1 teaspoon oregano and fry for few seconds.Add crushed garlic and fry till it turns to light brown color.Add tomato ketchup and fry till it becomes light brown.
Add onion and the capsicum and fry till it becomes semi dry.Add salt.Mix well for few seconds.

Now topping paste of pizza is ready

Now put butter on the back side of the pizza base.Put the pizza in the plate and put the topping paste on the pizza base and spread evenly.Put grated cheese on the pizza base(put as much as you like).Put sliced tomatoes and black olives.Sprinkle oregano, white pepper powder, chilli flakes on the toppings.Add some salt to taste.

Preheat the oven.
Now put the pizza in the microwave on the low rack.Set it to the grill combi mode at 270 watts and cook for 8 mins.

Delicious pizza is now ready to be served.
