Coral Gables favorite Zucca is giving diners three ways to experience Miami Spice this year, with prix-fixe lunch, dinner and—for the first time—a Sunday brunch menu throughout August and September.
Located inside the historic Hotel St. Michel, Zucca has built its reputation around regional Italian cooking, house-made pastas, premium ingredients and an extensive wine program. For Miami Spice 2026, the restaurant is offering three-course menus starting at $40 for lunch and brunch and $65 for dinner.

The biggest addition this year is Sunday brunch, available from noon to 4 p.m. for $40. The menu puts an Italian spin on the weekend ritual with starters including tuna tartare with avocado mousse and fried zucchini flowers with goat cheese and truffle honey.

For the main course, diners can choose from dishes such as pappardelle with lamb ragù or homemade bucatini cacio e pepe finished with shaved black truffle. Those looking for something sweeter can go with French toast topped with pistachio cream and chocolate.
Zucca’s $40 Miami Spice lunch, offered daily from noon to 4 p.m., leans into the restaurant’s pasta-heavy Italian roots. Options include traditional spaghetti carbonara, mezzi paccheri with shrimp ragù and a heartier grilled hanger steak served with crispy truffled polenta.
Dinner steps things up with a $65 three-course menu, available every evening beginning at 5 p.m. Among the highlights are beef tartare with Parmigiano tuile, truffle caviar and truffle aioli, along with braised beef tortelloni served with Parmigiano fondue.
Other selections include a wild mushroom risotto with summer truffle and Roman-style veal cutlets, giving diners several ways to explore Zucca’s mix of classic Italian preparations and more contemporary touches.
There’s also a charitable component to this year’s menu. Every order from Zucca’s Miami Spice offerings supports the We Love Foundation, which works on community-focused initiatives, including efforts in Venezuela.
Zucca is part of the Da Silva Hospitality Group and has been serving Coral Gables since 2017. The restaurant is located at 162 Alcazar Avenue inside Hotel St. Michel.
