Beto’s Italian Bistro might have some of the best Italian food in Simi Valley, and I’ve got proof.
My family and I went in for a birthday dinner, and the menu had something for everyone at the table. Here’s what we ordered:
Orange roughy in a lemon garlic caper sauce
Chicken marsala
Penne pasta primavera with roasted vegetables
A vegan plate, no substitutions needed
Tiramisu for dessert
Reviewers call the pasta outstanding and the portions generous, and after eating there myself, I get why. There was even a singer walking the room, singing Italian songs the whole night. The atmosphere is warm, dim-lit, and romantic, even tucked into a small strip mall.
They’ve got a solid wine list too, so ask your server what pairs best with your plate.
