  1. Gordon doesn't like to go to flavor town. No salt is crazy. "My ppl perish from a lack of flavor." ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚

  2. Youโ€™re supposed to salt to taste, you didnโ€™t.
Pretty sure there is other seasoning you didnโ€™t add., thyme, recipe also calls for black pepper

  3. Bro do this over and add more cheese and seasoning. You are doing James Hemings the father of American Mac n Cheese wrong. I know this is Gordon's recipe, but Gordon needs help.

  4. No salt no pepper I knew it was gonna be a bust๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  5. I hope you realize that you like a very specific type of mac n cheese preferred by a small fraction of mac n cheese eaters. What you consider barely seasoned enough, many people would just about gag on from it being overly seasoned and too salty.

  6. Thatโ€™s why I say u canโ€™t always eat wit your eyesโ€ฆ the dish might look amazing but if it taste like ๐Ÿ’ฉ then all that pretty work and hrs went to waste โœ…๐Ÿ˜‚ ..

  7. Quality of ingredients matter. The cheese quality definitely matters. I would redo this one if I were you. Did you salt the pasta water really well? Because thatโ€™s probably the miss. Gordon always salts his cheese otherwise. The only reason he would not call for salt would be because the pasta water aka Tears of the Gods would be well salted and adding salt would make it too salty. Yea, you should redo that.

  8. At this point there is no way that he can be surprised that this British chef likes his food bland as crap. Salt and pepper are minimum. Especially on mac and cheese

  9. Man way too much cayenne pepper. Definitely needed the holy trinity of seasonings!

  10. You have to season your pasta. You also need way more cheese. It's closer to a bechamel than a cheese sauce.

  11. Your commitment to this series is top notch ๐Ÿคด๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ฏ
