Crock Pot Hobo Dinner!

Thank you @Harry Fun Land for this delicious and easy recipe! My husband said it’s like a fancy tin foil dinner! Delicious!

Ingredients:
– 2 1.5lb bags is small golden potatoes
– 2 Smoked beef sausage, sliced
– 1 sweet (or yellow) onion diced
– 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
– 2 tbsp minced garlic
– Italian seasoning
– salt (I recommend celtic salt as it has the most minerals)
– 1 can (I used 1 box) of beef or chicken broth

Directions:
– Place all ingredients in crock pot
– Mix together
– Place on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
