Homemade chili sauce. Seared then simmered dogs with onion, then reduced liquid to 160 grams of delicious concentrated hotdog water goodness. Made same day dough with said water. Assembled pizza in a 12" Lodge as shown in the photos and baked in my cheap outdoor gas pizza oven at 550 for about 12-15 minutes. Had to use a spatula to rotate the pizza in the pan about halfway through. I topped mine with diced white onion and yellow mustard. Enjoy!

  1. If anyone is curious I’m open to posting my “recipe” which was more of just a winging it type situation. Turned out pretty good 😂.

I’d fuck with the Coney Slice… hook it up! 😎

I like hot dogs and I like chili, but for some reason I do not like the two combined. I would try this though

  4. I made Cincinnati chili pizza and it was awesome. I added the cheddar cheese and onions after it came out of the oven.

Some pizza purists (and I’m mostly one of them) are gonna call this a sin but fuck it, I appreciate the ambition, dedication, and execution here. Do a Chicago style hot dog pie next. Or an NY style one with sauerkraut, although a steamed dough base might be a nightmare 😂

  7. All that work then you ate it off a paper plate?! I guess that’s appropriate for a chili dog pizza
