I would be really nice if it was finished with a crust. If you put it in a baking dish under the broiler for five to ten minutes it would be lovely. Of course that is an extra step and you would be dirtying another dish. Of course you could store the leftovers in the baking dish in the fridge, so it might not be a bad idea.

Cook chicken that long in a crock pot and it will be mush.
