Chopped Italian Grinder Wrap
Iโve been on the road a lot lately, and my eating habits have been all over the place. This wrap was exactly what I needed to get back on track.
Start by making the grinder dressing. Mix together 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon peperoncini juice, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 2 teaspoons of our Beef Rub. Give it a good mix and let it chill in the fridge.
On a cutting board, pile up chopped lettuce, ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, tomatoes, and peperoncini. Then break out the @MontanaKnifeCompany Cattleman Cleaver and chop everything together until itโs well combined.
Add the grinder dressing, mix it all together, then load a generous portion into a spinach wrap and roll it up.
Fresh, flavorful, and packed with protein, this was exactly what the doctor ordered. Iโll definitely be making these all summer long. Oh Yeah!
