This light pasta salad is great for hot sunny days because it does not have mayonnaise or a heavy creamy dressing. You can cook your asparagus in with the pasta for the last couple of minutes. Add some honey to the lemon vinaigrette if you want a little sweetness or add some minced garlic if you want it a bit spicier. It’s a quick and easy pasta salad.
Good evening sis!
