Oh, man…. you just popped up in my feed for the first time. Had I seen any earlier posts I would've happily treated you to pizza at one of your stops last week. I'm not far from Rockfish Gap/Waynesboro. It would've been fun as I once ran into a father/son at a pizza place in Williamstown, MA who were hiking the AT and treated them to lunch. That was easily 10-15 years ago when I lived in northern NY. Hope you were sheltered from the massive storm we got yesterday – we needed it as we're currently in drought conditions and at risk of 4th of July fireworks being canceled. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to find a good spot to watch from if they happen where you're at by then. Be careful out there this week… we're heading into temps in the 100s.
